HNTB designed improvements to Belford Road as part of a new veteran’s cemetery in Holly. Constrained by limited right-of-way availability, HNTB’s design allowed the contractor to lower the intersection, widen the road, add a retaining wall and drainage system, and improve the railroad crossing while keeping the tracks in service.
