I-94 Concrete Overlay Project

The I-94 corridor in Michigan serves as the primary route between two of the busiest U.S.-Canadian border crossings: the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron and the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit. This project rehabilitated 3.7-miles of I-94 in St. Clair Township, in St. Clair County, Michigan. Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. (SDA) successfully completed the design including concrete overlay, reconstruction of areas under bridges, guardrail upgrades, replacement of existing culverts, and ramp rehabilitation and geometric improvements.
