Collins Engineers, Inc. was retained by the Coast Guard to inspect 89 Aid to Navigation structures throughout the Great Lakes Basin, assessing anything that could affect stability, and updating the Coast Guard’s database. This was the first time engineers were contracted to inspect the ATON structures.
