Hazen and Sawyer, Inc., served as prime consultant on a multi-firm team for the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department's new Conner Creek CSO Control Facility. The facility ends the annual discharge of two billion gallons of untreated flow into the creek - the largest CSO discharge in Michigan.
