Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. (SDA) provided surveying for the "East Side Water main Phase II" tunnel crossing beneath the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio. Utilizing historic survey equipment, SDA successfully performed the construction layout for 1600 feet of tunnel underneath the Maumee River connecting the water main on the east river bank to the watermain on the west river bank. The construction will result in increased water pressures for the Toledo's distribution system.
