Spring Haven, A Residential Rebirth

Centex Homes engaged Testing Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (TEC) to support brownfield redevelopment of an obsolete trailer park situated over an old landfill in Southfield. TEC designed and directed innovative pre-construction sequencing that integrated complex environmental, geotechnical and construction elements, preparing the site for Spring Haven.
