Black River Packs Road Erosion Mitigation

The Packs Road area of the Black River in Sanilac County experienced instabilities that threatened the adjacent roadway serving one of the county's oldest communities. BMJ Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. devised a plan for low impact, structurally durable stream measures that stopped and reversed the loss of stream bank.
