City of Portland Riverwalk

The City of Portland's new Riverwalk provides the public access to the river and provides an additional point of required egress for the development of loft apartments. Building owners are improving the neglected riverside facades and a portion of the downtown has been reoriented to face the previously inaccessible riverfront.
