The City of Saginaw used the horizontal directional drilling process to install a 2,700-foot section of 24-inch HDPE water main beneath the Tittabawassee River. This section of water main was a critical part in the City’s goal to reduce vulnerability and increase reliability to four communities and Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation.
