Spicer used 3D depth sounding equipment, laser scanning technology and conventional surveying techniques to collect information for a future deck replacement. Spicer produced data that allows the client to observe a hydraulic model and structure scan of the bridge on a computer and view hundreds of types of measurements—all with the click of a mouse.
