Civic Center Municipal Parking Lot

The new Southfield Civic Center Municipal parking lot and surrounding area demonstrate the best of this world class city: socially responsible, forward thinking and environmentally conscious. Porous pavement and a bioswale improved the site's sustainability. Reconfiguring the lot layout and traffic flow made it safe and accessible for all citizens.
