Sustainable Infrastructure Improvements
Howell, Michigan - HRC

HRC designed and implemented sustainable infrastructure improvements to alleviate localized flooding in historical neighborhoods in the City of Howell . Initiated as a utilities improvement project financed by DWRF and ARRA funding, the resultant Multi-Year Street Program included an extensive public involvement charrette, and featured mini-detention swales to improve neighborhood storm drainage.
