Close coordination between ROWE Professional Services Company, Gerace Construction Company, and the City of Beaverton resulted in design options to extend the lifespan of the city's 91-year-old hydroelectric dam beyond original expectations. Unique funding allowed for the completion of more repairs than initially planned.
