The Bedford Township Downtown Development Authority sought improvements to an unsightly storm water detention area in the Township's commercial core. DBA/SDA designed a useable park area that incorporates many sustainable design components including a wind powered turbine to offset electrical usage, LED lighting, permeable paving, native plantings, and bio swales
