Preserving Culturally Significant Bridges
Bloomfield Hills, Michigan - HRC

HRC preserved the cultural significance of two Bloomfield Hills bridges while bringing the structures into compliance. Design solutions included relocating the road to leave space to replicate existing walls and reset original sculpted iron railing, using existing brick and stone to encapsulate structurally sound barrier walls, and matching existing aesthetics.
