AELC:

The Joint Architects & Engineers Legislative Committee (AELC)
represents a cooperative effort between the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC/Michigan), the American Institute of Architects (AIA/Michigan), the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). It was formed to cooperatively address political issues affecting
engineers and architects. AELC meets on a quarterly basis and to define legislative priorities and activities for the three organizations. AELC utilizes the services of Kelly Cawthorne to assist in advancing the AELC legislative agenda.
